The Apley Estate's Multi-Terrain Run on Sunday 16 February 2014 looks as if it’s going to be as popular as in the previous two years. Organised by the Black Country Triathletes, the race attracted 350 runners last year, raising £1300 for Stockton Church & £1300 for St Milburga’s Church in Beckbury.

Fun-filled summer days for all ages can be found in a new maze at a farm shop between Telford & Bridgnorth. Apley Farm Shop is expecting to open its first maize maze on Sunday 15 July. “Our exact opening date of course depends on the weather over the next few months”, explained Lady Hamilton, Marketing Manager.

Flog It, the popular BBC One antiques programme presented by Paul Martin will be holding a free valuation day at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford on Thursday 5 October. The Bristol based BBC production recently transmitted its 1000th episode and the 17th series is currently being recorded. The show regularly achieves an audience of more than two million viewers in its weekday afternoon slot.

BUILDING A NEW STORY AT WROXETER ROMAN CITY
